Delivery:

How long will it take for my table to arrive?

Our current turnaround time is 8 - 10 weeks from the time an order is placed to the time it is delivered, although this can occasionally be up to twelve weeks during high periods such as before Christmas. Each table is unique, as we do not have stock in our workshop.

Can I pay a Deposit?

We are happy to accept a 50% deposit for tables, table & bench sets. Please use the contact us form with your requirements. This will enable us to email the 50% deposit invoice. The remaining balance will be invoiced when the order is ready for dispatch.

Do you offer interest free payment?

We offer a 3 month interest free payment plan on all products. Please choose the Klarna payment option at checkout.

Seating:

How many people am I able to seat at a table?

120cm: 4 People

150cm: 4-6 People

180cm: 6-8 People

210cm: 8 - 10 People 

Are you able to custom size?

Please contact us if you require a non-standard width or length.

Table/Bench Top Finish:

What is the difference between a Beeswax and a Hard Wax Oil finish?

Repurposed timber with a beeswax finish frequently has a smoother final surface whilst enhancing the wood's original characteristics.

With a hard wax oil finish, the final appearance will likely be grainier and will emphasise the repurposed timber's original qualities. 

Can I change or delay my colour choice after placing the order?

That would not be a problem. The order will be placed in our order schedule with a 7 day update period from order placement.

What colour can I choose for the table/bench skirts and legs?

You can choose any colour from the Farrow & Ball range. 

Alternatively, the table skirt and legs can be finished to match the table top.

Table Width:

After trimming, all table widths are approximations and may vary by 1 to 2 centimetres to ensure that there are no gaps between the boards.

How do I maintain or care for my table upon delivery?

Cancellations:

You may alter or cancel your order if it has not been processed. Kindly tell us of any changes to your order within five days of placing it.

Faults:

In the improbable event that your table has a fault, we will promptly repair or replace it. Minor faults such as scratched paintwork or broken wood that may be rectified quickly will be addressed either by a member of staff performing repair work on-site or by mailing a repair package.
